Located along Mahayag Road, Bunawan, Davao City, Phase-1 was just completed last December of 2023 occupying one hectare of the almost 2.4-hectare property with still 1.4-hectare available for future expansion. Phase-1 has a total storage capacity of 5,780 pallet position (using push-back racking) divided into 8 flexible freezer/chiller rooms. Along the perimeter walls, 8” super-thick PIR fire-retardant insulation was installed making each cold room’s temperature independently sustainable.
The cold storage facility is supported by 2 x 10-metric ton super-fast high-capacity blast freezers which can easily bring down the temperature of 20-tons dressed chicken into the desired -18 °C temperature in less than 5 hours!
